Métis Nation British Columbia is hoping community will join us for a Health and Wellness Gathering where MNBC will be able to share resources, programs and services available for all Métis folk from Elders, seniors, adults, youth, children and 2SLGBTQQIA+ folk. 

In addition, we will have Métis vendors, artists and performers for a day of fun-filled activity, culture, community connection and learning.

Join MNBC's Ministry of Culture, Heritage, and Language and the Amelia Douglas Institute for Métis Culture Talks: Exploring the BC Archives! 

In this virtual lunch & learn session, Archivist Trevor Dyck will introduce the BC Archives and how they can support Métis people in BC with historical and genealogical research. Learn about the types of records and databases available, including those most relevant to Métis history in BC, and gain insights into how to navigate the archives—whether your research is in person or online. 

Join us to discuss and learn more about a development initiative in Terrace! MNBC is transforming 4617 Greig Avenue into a dynamic, multi-phase mixed-use development that enhances Terrace's downtown character and economy. This project will feature a 44-space licensed child care center, affordable housing, and commercial space.

The Ta Saantii Mamawapowuk Health Gatherings seek to foster Métis allies and champions within Health Authority staff to promote better respect, awareness, and support for Métis accessing the healthcare system. These gatherings bring together Métis Citizens, Health Authority staff, and MNBC Leadership for relationship-building and discussions which are grounded in Métis values.
