Citizenship

Welcome! We’re eager to support you in your Citizenship journey. By becoming an MNBC Citizen, you will be joining a growing Nation of proud Métis families and individuals across the province. Our robust Citizenship process means we verify that all MNBC Citizens have ties to historical Métis ancestors. Becoming a Citizen means strengthening MNBC’s efforts to advocate for our Section 35 rights. You will also become eligible for more programs, services, and funding opportunities.

Our Ministry is proud to assist you with your Citizenship applications and renewals. Citizenship Navigators are here and ready to answer your questions at every step of the way.
