Housing and Social Infrastructure Development Projects

Building safe, secure, and affordable housing

Métis Nation British Columbia (MNBC) aims to reduce Métis core housing needs in BC by 50% over five years. The Ministry of Housing & Homelessness intends to accomplish this goal through:

  • Targeted research and engagement that will identify the distinct housing needs of Métis in BC
  • Development of culturally relevant affordable housing and social infrastructure
  • Administration of invaluable housing support programs to assist our most vulnerable citizens
