The Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Food Security is hosting a guided walk to help look for species and make observations with you. Upload your observations to iNaturalist and be a part of the City Nature Challenge.

In addition, we will have Métis vendors, artists and performers for a day of fun filled activity, culture, community connection and learning.

In this virtual lunch & learn session, Archivist Trevor Dyck will introduce the BC Archives and how they can support Métis people in BC with historical and genealogical research. Learn about the types of records and databases available, including those most relevant to Métis history in BC, and gain insights into how to navigate the archives—whether your research is in person or online.
