We recognize and uplift the vital contributions of Indigenous nurses, whose dedication, compassion and cultural knowledge make a profound difference in the health and wellness of our communities.

Join us in Kamloops on March 15 for a Health and Wellness Gathering where MNBC will share resources, programs and services available for all Métis folk from Elders, seniors, adults, youth, children and 2SLGBTQQIA+. In addition, we will have Métis vendors, artists and performers for a day of fun filled activity, culture, community connection and learning.  

DIY Air Cleaner Workshop

DIY Air Cleaners for Métis Citizens in British Columbia

These workshops aim to improve indoor air quality in Métis homes with cost-effective DIY air cleaners. Studies show DIY air cleaners match commercial models in clean air delivery rate (CADR) and energy efficiency, while being more affordable.

Métis Girls Gathering

When

Métis Girls Gathering is an In-Person Overnight Camp Gathering for Métis individuals who identify as girls ages 8-15, held in Prince George, at Camp Friendship. 

This camp will have teachings and cultural activities facilitated by Elders, knowledge holders, and mental health service providers focused on mental wellness and life promotion to increase wellness strategies for Métis Girls.
