The Youth Employment Training Initiative (Y.E.T.I.) is a comprehensive employment readiness program designed to support Métis Citizens between the ages of 16 and 25. The program provides youth with the knowledge, skills, and tools to confidently navigate the job search process and transition into employment, post-secondary studies, or industry training opportunities. Through self-discovery, guided learning activities, and meaningful connection with Elders, Métis teachings, and culturally grounded wellness and coaching supports, participants will have the opportunity to identify their gifts, strengths, and interests while developing a clearer sense of direction and vision for their future.
This program is particularly suited for youth who are entering the workforce for the first time, reengaging in employment or education, or exploring a new career pathway.
Please note: This program is open only to registered MNBC Citizens. It is free to participate!
