Terrace, BC | Greig Ave & Kalum Street

About the Project

Métis Nation British Columbia (MNBC), in partnership with the Northwest BC Métis Association, is developing a phased mixed-use project in Terrace. Phase one will deliver a childcare centre with space for 44 children by Summer 2025. Future phases include 60–120 residential units above commercial space, community amenities, and opportunities for economic development. MNBC is also exploring partnerships to support Métis Health Services.
