MNBC’s Ministry of Education is excited to partner with STEPS (Skills Training | Employment | Post-Secondary), to provide training opportunities for those interested in becoming Métis Early Childhood Educators. These programs provide students with the competencies and knowledge required to work with children under the age of five in licensed preschools and childcare centres. To work as an ECE or ECE Assistant in a licensed childcare facility in BC, you must be certified by the ECE Registry.
