Tanshi! I am a Métis woman from the Red River Settlement. I am a registered and licenced health coach, certified life coach, and certified HeartMath practitioner. I have two bachelor degrees and training in Art Therapy, Addictions and Mental Health, Meditation, Reiki, Restoration of Natural Systems, Permaculture, and Herbal Medicine. I have a long history of working with youth, families, indigenous people, community development, individual and community health promotion, and special government project work. My style of coaching is compassionate and effective. I use cognitive/brain/emotional/body energy techniques and other creative arts modalities in sessions. Clients can expect multi-modality and experiential learning to enhance and integrate habit change.
