Kimoowun Beads is a blend of contemporary and traditional styles to create timeless pieces to be loved for generations. Shawn is a Two-Spirit Michif living in East Vancouver, creating with love at any free moment she has. She works with traditional materials such as home tanned hides, porcupine quills, caribou fur tuft ing, trade beads, antler, dentalium shells, abalone, and more. From beaded earrings, to bolo ties, to hats, medallions, baby moccasins and then some - Shawn beads with a goal of creating a piece that is unique yet classic.
