
In partnership with the Columbia Valley Métis Association and Interior Health Authority, MNBC's Health and Wellness event is a free weekend event at the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort
When: March 9th & 10th 2024

Join us on March 9th for a women's gathering, as we explore women's issues and traditional Metis Culture. This day is only open to women, 2-Spirit and enby individuals.
Join us on March 10th to learn more about the Mental Health and Health resources available in your community while you enjoy a free lunch, giveaways and cultural activities and workshops. All Métis Individuals are invited to attend!
What to Expect:
- safeTALK workshop
- safeTALK is Suicide Alertness for everyone
- workshop participants receive a $25 gift card for completing the training. (must be 15+ to participate in the workshop)
- Cultural activities - for anyone who has already taken the safeTALK Training.
You are welcome to register for one or both days!
Things to note:
- Please reach out for any transportation concerns, as arrangements for travel may be possible
- Please inform of any dietary requirements
- Please indicate if you will be staying overnight with us!
