We offer online and in-class customized training solutions, customized leadership training programs and retreats, and coaching and mentoring, for Indigenous communities (and their members), non-profits, and organizations. We have both asynchronous and synchronous training opportunities for our students.
Our Indigenous Certification Board of Canada accredited training programs are designed for students to learn how to develop projects, whether small or large and find the funding to bring their projects and programs to fruition. This takes a team approach. Our consultation and training programs are specifically designed from the feedback our Indigenous partners have relayed over the past 24 years, as Indigenous organizations and communities understand best what will help their staff or community members to flourish.
Our training model includes helping our clients find the financial resources they need for the projects and programs they want to develop.
We also understand the challenges our clients face with Human Resources, and how critical it is to have the capacity to take on new initiatives without overburdening individuals and teams.
Our Community Development Training program is taught through a Trauma Informed Community Development lens because we understand how trauma, grief, and loss impact every aspect of personal and community development.
All our services are geared towards supporting and collaborating with your team to assist with retention and skills development, which will help to get the most from the revenue already in place, and to strategically plan for additional funding of new projects, programs, and services.
