Ministerial Portfolio Changes



Métis Nation British Columbia has made the following changes to Ministerial portfolios: 

  • Shaughn Davoren – Chair MYBC
  • Dr. Kate Elliott – Chair MWBC, and Minister of Mental Health and Harm Reduction
  • Patrick Harriott – Minister of Culture Language and Heritage, Minister of Digital Governance (NEW), and Assistant Minister of Metis Rights (NEW)
  • Louis De Jaeger – Minister of Economic Development, and Minister of Health (NEW)
  • Dean Gladue – Minister of Sports (NEW), Minister of Natural Resources (NEW), and Assistant Minister of Justice (NEW)
  • Debra Fisher – Minister of Children and Families and Minister of Education (K-12, Early Years)
  • Susie Hooper – Minister of Citizenship and Community Services (NEW) and Minister of Environmental Protection
  • Paulette Flamond – Minister of Employment and Training and Minister of Post-Secondary Education (NEW)
  • Raynie Gervais – Minister of Elders and Assistant Minister of Culture Language and Heritage (NEW)
  • Walter Mineault – Minister of Metis Rights (NEW) and Minister of Housing and Homelessness (NEW)
