The topic of Métis early childhood education is a pressing issue and the Ministry of Education realizes that educating the mainstream about the Metis Nation is critical to supporting our children and families. Through the hard work and determination of the Métis education team, the fall edition of the Journal of Early Childhood Educators of British Columbia includes Metis early years for the first time.
