Celebrate Earth Day with us! Earth Day inspires to promote clean living, and sustainable healthy habitats for the land, people, and wildlife.
The connection to the land is an integral part Métis culture and identity. Métis continue to celebrate this connection through sustenance activities (hunting, fishing, gathering, etc.), recreational activities (bird watching, hiking and camping, etc.), and so much more. By protecting the land, the Métis traditional ways of life; including harvesting, language, and other cultural practices, are maintained for present and future generations.
We would love to see all the ways you are supporting the environment. Please share with us how you are celebrating, post a picture with the hashtag #MNBCEarthDay2022.
