MNBC is calling for Citizens aged 55+ in Region 7 to express interest to serve as MNBC Senator representing Region 7 – Northeast. Nominations are now open and will close on June 26, 2026.
Criteria
As per Article 5.2 of the MNBC Senate Act, please submit:
- Biography of the Applicant (relevant information)
- Proof of Age (must be at least 55 years of age)
- Copy of your MNBC Citizenship card
- A Criminal Record Check for volunteers
- Nomination Form for Senate Vacancy (click button below)
A nomination must be in writing by a Métis Citizen who holds an MNBC Citizenship card.
Submissions
Nominees must be residents of Region 7 and be nominated by a Métis Citizen residing in Region 7. Nominations are to be submitted to the Region 7 Northeast Regional Governance Council (RGC), via the care of MNBC Governance Department, kwayask@mnbc.ca, or by mail to the address below:
