The MNBC Ministry of Education invites Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Professionals from inside and outside the Métis Nation to join us on October 22-24, 2026, in Victoria, B.C., as we come together for a weekend of Métis professional development, collaboration, and networking.
This year’s conference focuses on strengthening early years practices by grounding them in Métis culture, identity, and community. Recognizing the increasing pressures on those in the field, the gathering shifts the spotlight toward educator's well-being.
