MNBC’s Ministry of Environment, Climate Change, and Food Security is proud to announce the return of the Métis harvester microgrant initiative for the 2025 fall season: the Harvester Support Fund.
This initiative will provide 100 Métis harvesters with a $200 microgrant to support the purchase of essential harvesting supplies. Eligible costs include hunting and fishing gear, preservation tools, transportation, and more. It reflects MNBC’s continued commitment to cultural revitalization and socio-economic reconciliation.
