The registrant(s) consents to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of name, likeness, image, and voice being interviewed, recorded, photographed, filmed, and taped by MNBC and its agents via picture and sound, as part of the media captured at the 2025 Golf Tournament. As a condition of publication and broadcast, and for no monetary compensation, MNBC requests the non-exclusive and irrevocable right and permission to reproduce, edit, exhibit, project, display, copyright, and publish the Applicant’s oral and/or video presentation, in whole or in part, in any media, (including, but not limited to, Internet, electronic publishing, social media, and other interactive media products), as part of this event or any other purposes MNBC deems.
