2026 Annual General Meeting

This is MNBC’s most important governance event of the year. It is an opportunity for Citizens to gather as a community and vote on resolutions to guide the direction of MNBC.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place September 18-20, 2026 at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel, 7551 Westminster Hwy, Richmond, B.C. and online via Zoom.

To vote on resolutions, you must be a verified MNBC Citizen 18 years of age or older but all ages are welcome to attend.

Here are some of the things you can look forward to.

  • Business Meeting: Listen to presentations and vote on resolutions.
  • Friday Welcome Reception: Mingle and enjoy some light refreshments.
  • Business Mixer: Network with other Métis owned businesses. Registration is required - form coming soon.
  • Trade Show: Check out work by Métis artisans and stop by tables sharing resources and information about MNBC programs and services. Apply to be a vendor here
  • Health Fair: Enjoy a full lineup of wellness offerings including diabetes, blood pressure, and cancer screenings, a hearing clinic, massages, cultural activities, and daily morning walks with our Ministry of Health & Wellness! Health authority partners will also share their efforts to improve service delivery and recruitment across the province.
