THRIVE: Business Launch and Growth Program helps participants turn a hobby into a business, start a new business, expand an existing business, or prepare to apply for a business loan. Our workshops will answer all your questions, including the ones you don’t know you have yet! Twelve two-hour virtual workshops over six weeks will provide the information and resources you need to prepare a complete business plan, launch, and successfully operate your business.
Who It Is For
MNBC Citizens who want to launch or grow a business or prepare a business-loan application.
What Participants Learn
- How to prepare a complete business plan.
- How to launch and operate a business.
- Participants can also meet one-on-one with the facilitator to review course topics or discuss questions specific to their business.
Format, Duration and Location
Twelve two-hour virtual workshops over six weeks, delivered through Zoom.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be MNBC Citizens. Not yet a Citizen? Visit the Apply for Citizenship page for more information and to start your application.
- Participants need a PC with Windows 10 or later, reliable internet, a webcam and a microphone.
- Microsoft 365 is provided to participants who do not already have it.
