Laviolette Counselling

My name is Dean H. Laviolette, and I take immense pride in being a Metis. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a MasterÕs degree in Counselling Psychology. In addition to my formal education, I hold degrees in Child and Youth Care and Social Work.



I primarily utilize solution-based therapy as my modality. In this approach, I focus on exploring the clientÕs personal strengths, resilience, and purpose. Through daily gratitude practices and other mindfulness techniques, I incorporate holistic healing into the counselling process. Clients under my guidance will have the opportunity to embark on a journey of self-exploration, self-awareness, and self-care. My ultimate vision is to empower all clients to develop a profound understanding of themselves, enabling them to make healthier life choices and lead fulfilling lives.
