Class 1 Driver Training

Course Details:

A Class 1 driver’s license allows holders to drive semi-trailer trucks and operate all other class 1 to 5 motor vehicles or a combination of vehicles. The Mandatory Entry Level Training (MELT) course is a pre-requisite for Class 1 road testing in BC and is aimed at creating safer highways for everyone.

Learn the basics for saving and storing seeds, and why seed saving is so important for food sovereignty. 
 
During the webinar, we will cover:

  • Basic principles of plant breeding and seed selection  

  • How to harvest and store seeds

Métis Youth - Mental Health First Aid

Course Outline and Details:

MHFA is intended for adults interacting with adults (18 years and older). This course focuses on the four most common mental health disorders including substance-related, mood-related, anxiety and trauma-related, and psychotic disorders. Participants who take this course are well prepared to interact confidently about mental health with their family, friends, communities, and workplaces.
