Hello my name is Bobbie
I had always worked at low income jobs since 2007 and none of them were long lasting employment, my dissatisfaction led me to go back to school to upgrade my skills.
I attended the “Health Care Assistant” program at “Capilano University in Sechelt, BC where I completed my program with a GPA of 3.67+ and I was on the Dean’s Honor role. I am pleased to say I am now employed in the Health Authority in my community.
“I am so extremely thankful to the Métis Employment and Training Program in Surrey and the staff for all the efforts they made to help me through the process and all the encouragement they so readily gave to keep me inspired”.
