Today, MNBC launched a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a new Citizen Registry Database. MNBC is focused on improving the citizen experience and is moving toward a paperless digital system. As the work of MNBC continues to expand, the need for a networked data management tool for the Registry and all ministry programs is essential.
MNBC needs a system that will efficiently and effectively manage citizen records and enhance its ability to utilize data to inform decisions and continue meeting the needs of Métis citizens. The goal of a new system is to improve application approval time, through more efficient processes; support reporting, program delivery and communication; and manage private citizen records. The new system will commence with the Registry with the capability to scale out to all other ministries within MNBC.
