This course is perfect for those eager to enhance their culinary skills and boost their job readiness, all while deepening their connection to Métis culture and heritage.

With this program, you can:

Engage in 40+ hours of interactive learning where you will learn fundamental cooking skills in a state-of-the-art facility. From perfecting breakfast dishes to crafting Métis recipes, you'll gain practical knowledge that will prepare you for success in the kitchen.
Learn essential culinary techniques while discovering traditional Métis ingredients and recipes. This course goes beyond cooking -- it's about celebrating our heritage through the art of food.
Gain hands-on experience in the kitchen under the guidance of experienced chefs and cultural knowledge carriers.
