About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of the Administrative Coordinator is to provide high-quality and timely administrative, financial, and coordinating services and support a growing team. The position is responsible for preparing and managing a wide variety of routine and confidential documents and correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets, coordinating meetings and travel plans, managing calendars and general administrative functions. The incumbent must be able to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, and ensure materials are accurately prepared.
