We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager (IT) to join our team.

The Senior Project Manager (IT) manages highly complex, large project scope, risk, cost, and impact; carries out the full scope of project management responsibilities from concept to implementation; and mentors and coaches other less experienced project managers.

Here’s what would be included as a part of your typical day

Leadership: Provides leadership and direction to the project team; ensures cohesive work across business lines and achievement of project objectives; and manages projects independently.
Project Planning: Liaises with project sponsor, project clients and the project team to develop project management plan to define project scope, timeline, costs and governance model; provides support for business case development, if required; and defines detailed work plan and schedule including project activities, milestones and dependencies.
Project Management: Manages assigned projects from initiation to closure to ensure delivery according to defined project metrics (scope/timeline/costs); communicates project status to project stakeholders highlighting risks, issues and dependencies; manages and resolves project-related problems, escalating critical issues and risks to project stakeholders; and tracks and manages changes to project, ensuring formal acceptance from stakeholders for changes which impact project metrics or success criteria.
Facilitation: Facilitates discussions between project stakeholders, including business and external service providers, keeping all parties informed; coordinates project activities, removing roadblocks, and making necessary adjustments to ensure projects remain on track; and acts as single point of contact between the project team and the business line to ensure business requirements are met.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5 years related experience at progressive levels of responsibility required
Excellent organizational and presentation skills, with advance communications skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively to meet project objectives and timelines
Effective communication and relationship skills required to support business and technical stakeholders, ability to influence and foster an environment of shared accountability
Proven analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to identify and resolve project issues
Demonstrated knowledge of budget planning, cost control and capital/expense approval
Demonstrated financial analysis and business case development skills
Advanced project management skills across all project stages
Advanced business acumen to identify, assess requirements for IT projects within the strategic business context, with experience in both IT for IT and business projects
Advanced knowledge of IT concepts, theories, business practices and techniques, with emphasis on project management
Advanced knowledge and experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools, MS Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio and MS 365.
Displays an understanding of risk and risk ownership by being able to demonstrate adherence to policies and procedures.
Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $97,600 - $125,100
