About the Opportunity
The Coordinator, Board Committee provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to MNBC Board committees. The Board Committee Coordinator drafts and edits correspondence, manages meeting logistics, attends meetings to assist with minute taking and notes, and tracks action items for follow-up. They maintain committee member records, communicate with members on behalf of each specific committee chair, and liaise with the Board Secretariat. Coordinator. They ensure effective communication between the Board Secretariat, individual Board Members, and the MNBC Board as a whole. They may also assist with planning and supporting the Metis Nation General Assembly and Annual General Meeting.
