About the Opportunity
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Ministry of Economic Development, Partnerships and Tourism. The Assistant manages calendars, makes travel arrangements, handles inquiries from external stakeholders, coordinates internal and external meetings, manages meeting logistics, prepares meeting materials, records minutes, and tracks and follows-up on related action items as required. This role also involves organizing sensitive correspondence, maintaining filing systems, processing mailouts for projects, and performing various administrative tasks like photocopying, scanning, and record-keeping while ensuring confidentiality. Actively participate as a critical member of the Ministry of Economic Development, Partnerships and Tourism team to create solutions that advance the successful, efficient, and effective delivery of MNBC’s Ministry initiatives.
