Hello my name is Coll,
I attended the “Culinary Arts – Professional Cook 1” program at “Thompson Rivers University”, I really enjoyed the 34 week program, and the facility is excellent!
This program required a 3 week practicum which I completed and now I am employed in a restaurant as a cook.
