Veterans Membership

Membership Criteria

  1. To be a Member of the Métis Veterans, you must hold MNBC Citizenship.
  2. Métis Veterans are Active, Retired or Reserve members of Army, Navy or Air Force and Active or Retired members of the RCMP, Coast Guard, Merchant Navy and applicable Police Forces.
  3. We also have Associate Memberships: Any Métis Veteran who is a member of an MNBC Chartered Communitywith MNBC membership pending may join as an Associate member. Spouses and children of Regular Métis veterans are encouraged to join as an Associate member.

We would like to encourage all Métis veterans to register with the Métis Veterans of British Columbia. We would also ask for your assistance in supporting Métis veterans within your families and communities in registering for Métis Veterans of British Columbia, and it is greatly appreciated and valued. We have attached a contact list of Métis Veterans of British Columbia Representatives to be shared with Metis veterans in your communities and their families. As Membership Chair, I invite you to contact me with your questions, or to assist with Registration of Metis Veterans in the MVBC.
