BladeRunners is an award winning youth employment program that helps marginalized at-risk youth through life skills training, entry level workplace certifications, and continuous one-on-one support.
Funding provided through the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Agreement.

What We Do!
We provide unemployed marginalized at-risk-youth with on-going support, job readiness skills and work-place training. This training includes areas such as health & safety training and enhanced certification training as needed. Helping youth with their job finding efforts!
Training & Certificates
Upon successful completion of the BladeRunners program each participant will have the chance to earn a multiple of certified health and safety courses. The courses may include but will not be limited to the following:
- OFA Level 1
- WHMIS Awareness
- CSTS
Furthermore each participant will have the opportunity to earn certificate training in areas such as:
- Counter Balance Forklift
- Confined Space Entry
- FoodSafe
- Personal Protective Equipment
- Bobcat Certification
- Traffic Control Certification
In addition to the many certifications programs the BladeRunners program offers life skills & job readiness skills to help ensure that each participant leaves the program with a new sense of self-esteem and work ready confidence.

Ongoing Support
Once a participant has completed the program they receive ongoing support 24 hours 7 days a week for up to a year. This support will ensure the new BladeRunners graduate finds and sustains employment. Even after finding employment the support remains in place so we can work together to help guarantee gainful long-term employment for both the employee and employer.
